1. Corporate Support

When companies instigate major organisational change, there is often a requirement to close departments, divisions or functions. Whilst providing great opportunities for future growth, there can be a significant level of both work and emotional disturbance at an employee level.

We recognize that delivering the news on ‘impact day’ can be stressful for managers and HR personnel. We can provide support in terms of experienced consultants who advise on logistics and organisation to support personnel delivering the news as well as those receiving it.

2. ‘Options’ Plus

Our ‘Options’ Plus package offers support to groups of employees whilst also providing individual support required. The modules are flexible and can be adjusted to suit your needs, whilst providing a support network through group work.

3. ’Options’ Premium

‘Options’ Premium is aimed at senior to executive personnel. Alternative opportunities for individuals at this level of seniority are usually subject to significant competition. Due to this, we created this plan to offer a wider range of individual support, furnishing people with both appropriate skills and the tangible collateral to maximise opportunities across the board, including; self employment, consultancy and interim roles.
