  • Online career transition tool kit - video interview guides, interactive exercises to understand interview etiquette and CV templates
  • Career guidance – supporting individuals to have constructive empowerment about their future plans and career direction
  • Psychometric testing and assessment day support – psychometric testing and assessment centres are becoming increasingly commonplace, our team are qualified to deliver a range of personality and skill assessments
  • Advice on interim and contract marketplace - be launched into the market with the very best CV, marketing and networking opportunities. Suitable for all professionals who wish to contract and or transmission into a different profession
  • Coaching – ongoing 1:1 support throughout the entire programme: to managers in preparation for the announcement and to also help their employees to achieve peak performance and meet organisational objectives. Coaching also assists competence development while increasing confidence within individuals
  • Limited company incorporation – information and guidance on starting your own company
  • IoD membership - a professional body for business leaders. They support you both professionally and personally, whether you're from a large public corporation or a small family firm
  • Laptop provision – being online is a must, we provide laptops to individuals
