We worked with a leading European retailer during the closure of their UK stores providing outplacement on a large-scale across the country to over 4500 employees. The programme ran for 6 months and commitment and morale of staff remained exceptionally high - business volumes actually trebled during this period.

Supporting a large financial services organisation

We supported a large financial services organisation in the south coast during a major restructure which resulted in the loss of 350 jobs in the fields of sales, marketing, training and support staff. We successfully helped over 90% of individuals into new employment.
