The May event will be focused around women mentoring schemes, looking at the different types of programmes that are running to successfully support and develop women in the workplace. CA will offer insights from specific case studies and will host a number of speakers to present on a range of different experiences in this hugely relevant topic. The presentations will be followed by Q&A’s to the panel of experts.

During the masterclass you will hear from Professor Peter Hawkins; he will talk about his recently published book ‘Creating a Coaching Culture’ and how this relates to your organisation.

Gil Schwenk, Sarah Ackroyd and Jeff Matthews will introduce a new proprietary Coaching Culture 360.

There will also be a chance to network and discuss with coaching leaders from leading private and public sector organisations; and gain a plethora of new ideas to improve coaching in your organisation.
